Past Experiences and Area of Intervention
We have developed a special algorithm to select the most backward villages using the HDI Index in the aspirational districts.
KP Foundation is impacting the lives of people across communities/villages in these districts by our works: Project Sookshma Udyog ( Livelihood), Project Vidhya Amrutham (Education), Project Deerghayushi Bhava, Project Sanjeevene (Health), Project Haritha hi Hari ( Climate), etc.
The Foundation’s work is executed by an energetic and diverse full-time team guided by probono contributions drawn from senior bureaucrats and industry veterans. We are in the process of extending our contributions to all the aspirational districts of India.

Our Inspiration

“The idiom Teach a man how to catch fish though cliched, started dominating all my thoughts. After my retirement, I started a fresh journey dedicating my life to sustainable work in villages to harness demographic dividends. Met and discussed with my school buddies, family members, alumni of my schools, colleges and IIMA, and my batchmates in IAS and IPS. Each engagement was a blessing and an eyeopener. Their assurances made me springboard. The result is KP Foundation.”
