KP foundation is a pan India organisation. KPf adopts villages and transforms them
into Role Model Villages, through a network of partner NGOs. KPf leverages the
governmental initiatives and the Corporate CSR, spring boards the synergic effect
for the overall and comprehensive development of the Adopted Role Model
(ARM) villages.
KPf adopts one village each, in each of the 117 Aspirational districts (NITI
Aayog), and conducts baseline survey identifying the gaps and shortcomings in
core areas of Human Development Indicators. Community based and Community
led solutions are implemented in a Community centric project over a period of 5 to
10 years and the IMPACT is measured and assessed on the specific predetermined
data Points and KPIs, annually.
